At Little Petal Farm, we don’t just create beautiful floral designs; we walk alongside you from the first conversation to the final bloom placed. Here’s what you can expect when you choose us for your wedding flowers.
Step 1: The Initial Consultation
It all starts with a conversation. Whether you come to us with a clear vision or a folder full of inspiration, we’ll talk through your ideas, color palette, floral preferences, venue, and budget. This is your chance to share your story—because we believe your flowers should reflect you.
We’ll offer suggestions based on what’s in season and what grows beautifully on our farm. If you’re not sure what you like, that’s okay—we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
Step 2: Proposal & Inspiration Board
After our consultation, we’ll send a custom floral proposal outlining design ideas, pricing, and the types of arrangements we’ll create (bouquets, centerpieces, installations, etc.).
You’ll also receive a visual inspiration board—a curated mix of seasonal blooms, textures, and color tones that match your vibe. This helps bring your floral story into focus and gives you something tangible to get excited about.
Step 3: Bloom Planning & Flower Harvesting
Once the proposal is approved, we begin planning your flower palette around the seasonal blooms on our farm. We grow many of the flowers we use ourselves, from romantic garden roses to fluttery cosmos and lush foliage. If needed, we’ll supplement with blooms from other trusted local growers.
As your wedding approaches, we’ll be in touch with updates and final confirmations, so you feel confident and cared for.
Step 4: Design Week
The week of your wedding, the magic begins. We harvest blooms at peak freshness and begin arranging your flowers with care and intention. Every stem is thoughtfully placed to reflect the tone of your day—whether that’s timeless elegance, organic whimsy, or romantic abundance.
Step 5: Delivery & Setup
On your wedding day, we deliver everything personally—bouquets, boutonnieres, table florals, ceremony arrangements, and anything else you’ve dreamed up. If your event includes floral installations or arch pieces, our team handles the setup on site so everything is perfect when you arrive.
We work closely with your planner and venue to ensure every bloom is where it should be—and stays stunning all day long.
