All floral arrangements, plants, and related items are made to order and are considered final sale once they leave our care. We encourage customers to review all order details carefully, including delivery information, color preferences, and arrangement size, prior to completing a purchase.

If there is an issue with your order caused by an error on our part (such as incorrect delivery or damaged product upon arrival), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we may review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
